Three Insights From My 2025 Retreat
Dear Brothers and Sisters,
At the start of 2025, a force of deep mystery called me to enter a time-off period. I answered the call and sent out a web announcement (2025 Notice), with no idea how long this retreat would be. The time off turned out to be a whole year!
In hindsight, I see that indeed a whole year is needed for a Great Reset in one’s life. This Great Reset is akin to rebooting a computer or allowing a farm field to lie fallow. It enables a person to go all the way back to the origin and tap a deeper source of power.
I’d recommend a Great Reset for anyone who feels stuck on a plateau or in a pit. Treat yourself to the luxury of an unlimited “time off” from what you thought you had to. I know, few on the planet have this kind of luxury, yet I believe everyone is entitled to do so and will be supported by life if you do.
What happened during my 2025 retreat deserves a book (of the Harry Porter kind) to tell. Here, I simply wish to share three important things I learned, which could be useful to you as well:

1. The Importance of Media Fasting
Not just stop watching entertainment or educational videos, I mean, but also stop checking the news of what’s happening in the world.
For a whole year, I’ve managed to block all news of the so-called world events. As a result, a huge chunk of energy returned; it opened up a new landscape in my spiritual reality. No news from the world of the Anu Matrix led to a lot of news in the Gaia Land.
This isn’t becoming irresponsible or uncaring, but rather upgrading oneself to a higher level of responsibility, compassion, and service. Our precious energy should be sent to the dream we wish to begin instead of the nightmare we wish to end.
2. The Importance of Not Doing
What the Anu Matrix wants is that we stay its busy slaves. Not knowing we are slaves, not knowing we are wasting our precious energy, and not knowing we are busy doing ourselves a disservice.
It was shocking to discover that I, a Newgrange-born Child of Light, was still doing things for Anu’s sake. I thought I was doing good. The long retreat of 2025 revealed to me a deeply hidden neurotic complex in my psyche, which I termed the Slave Drive.
I discovered I was still driving myself like a slave. In serving the light, I was quite often whipping myself like a workhorse. It became apparent in the light that my creative energy was a mixture of pure light and fake light. A shadowy neurosis pretended to be a force of creativity, driving me to do things in the name of light.
Juxtaposed in my awareness were two kinds of energy: true creativity vs. pseudo creativity. The more I became aware of this hidden Slave Drive, the less it could move me into action. Now, at the end of the year, it’s become impossible to whip myself into action. This horse of mine gallops only when she’s moved by the love/light of the Source.
3. The Importance of Being an End
My world turned upside down when the Council said to me: “You are not our channel or vehicle—a means to an end—for you are the end!”
For many years, I had regarded myself as a humble servant of light, ready to sacrifice herself for a greater cause. Well, I got the most basic wrong, and so did many others.
One of the biggest revolutions from my 2025 was the pole shift in self-understanding, which must be shared with other Children of Light. Instead of treating ourselves as a means of light, we must change paradigm and treat ourselves as the end.
It may sound simple as something you’ve known for a long time, yet it is a breakthrough that we, the human race, are yet to make.
Consider that for five thousand years, we the human species have served as a creative means for Anu to actualize his dream. The Anu Matrix into which we were born treated every one of us as a means to an end. We don’t know what it is like to be honored as the end by others or by ourselves.

I am learning to see myself as the end.
Now, being a messenger means being the first receiver of a message, the first beneficiary of a wondrous happening, like a food taster who eats a new manna from the sky and turns around to tell others: “Try this delicious food!”
The deep shift in self-awareness enabled me, the messenger, to channel the message for this year’s Newgrange Pleiadian Initiation, with a new theme introduced.
The new theme is: “I am a temple!”
The 2025 message came from the Council on Civilization (which includes both Pleiadian and Sirian families of light). It contains instructions for 1st-timers and 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th-timers. I'll be taking the rite for the 6th time, thereby becoming a 5-year-old Newgrange-born Child of Light.
