2 Immediate Steps for a Newgrange-Born Child of Light
1. Sleep as a Baby at the Center of Planet Earth
Sleep as much as you can after your Newgrange Initiation, for your body needs deep relaxation after a rebirth rite. Treat yourself as a newborn baby. What does a newborn baby do? Sleep.
Take the Baby Position at the center of the Newgrange womb, a portal into the Earth Womb. Allow your consciousness to expand so that the womb space of Newgrange becomes that of planet Earth. You are now at Gaia's heart center, receiving her loving care as a newborn.
Sleeping as a baby at the center of Earth is a most direct way to merge the human Heart Chakra with Gaia’s Heart Chakra, and a most intimate way to bond with Mother Earth.
2. See the Rising Sun as a Newgrange-born Child of light
When you’ve had enough rest, choose a morning to see the rising sun. This will be your first sight of the rising sun as a Newgrange-born Child of Light, and you must do this alone.
As you gaze at the rising sun, see the sun disk as a spiritual presence. The sun disk is transmitting love from both the Sun and the higher Spiritual Sun. Allow this love to flow into your Heart Chakra, which is aligned with the heart of the Earth.
You will experience a merging of these three centers into one energy center, radiating the energy of love/light, brilliant like a sun disk shining in your chest. You might be moved to tears by the power of this Three Hearts Alignment, realizing that you are a child born of this love union. You are here because of this love.
In this love/light from the Source, there is no anxiety, no fear of death or punishment. You realize that this eternal energy reveals the true reality of the cosmos. This is the energy that you’ll live on, that you’ll live for.
Even though you have yet to discover your body as a temple, you know that the center of your body temple—your Heart Chakra—has been activated by the love/light of the Source. It is no longer something you’ve heard about or thought about, but something you’ve tasted, felt, and known. This very energy is what lights up your body temple, and it is the essence of who you are.
Thus begins the first day of your new timeline—your first connection to the Sun and Earth as a Newgrange-born Child of Light. The energy you felt during this first sunrise will serve as a lasting source of power in your new life.

This magnificent temple is there, a home space providing unconditional love/light to nourish your spirit, to empower your heart, and to support your self-transformation. You can meditate, take a nap, or sleep at night in this welcoming womb-home space. As a portal, Newgrange always takes you to the magical realm of the Earth Womb.
As a Child of Light (born on 12.21.2020), I’ve made it a practice to meditate or sleep at the heart of planet Earth through the Newgrange portal. When I forget to do this, I often experience a decrease in energy, feeling uncentered and scattered. However, when I remember to merge my Heart Center with Gaia’s Heart Center, I feel reconnected, as if a loose plug has been plugged back into the socket.
Of course, we can access the love/light from Gaia’s Heart without needing a megalithic temple like Newgrange. But as humans, we often require something tangible to start with, and Newgrange provides that concrete space we need—a defined temple environment.
